The payment of the ARDLC s hall be made to the Seller, and to the Seller indicated Bank , and payment will be upon the presentation 100% of each shipping documents at the destination port including CIQ or SGS to ensure the quality and send it to the seller . The Buyer will receive the Bill of Lading for the quantity and quality certificates, approved by SGS or equivalent international Inspectors, available at each loaded vessel at port of loading.
