We, Brazil Commodities Group Mineral and Foods Ltd as the sellers, hereby declare and confirm
that we are ready, willing and able to assign the described commodity, as per the specifications
and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as hereinafter set
forth and contingent upon receiving the documents required for an immediate transaction, and
signing mutually agreeable Sales and Purchase Agreement between the parties.
